Exam Structure & Focus Areas

Step 1 – Basic Science
  • Format: 1 day (8 hours), 7 blocks (280 MCQs)
  • Passing: Pass / Fail (No score reporting)
  • Focus: Basic sciences, pathology, microbiology, pharmacology, biostatistics, and public health.
Step 2 CK – Clinical Knowledge
  • Format: 1 day (9 hours), 8 blocks (318 MCQs)
  • Passing Score: 214
  • Focus: Internal medicine, OB/GYN, pediatrics, psychiatry, surgery, preventive medicine, biostatistics, and clinical reasoning.
Step 3 – Clinical Practice
  • Format: 2 days (MCQs + 13 Case Simulations)
  • Day 1: Foundations of Independent Practice (7 hours, MCQs)
  • Day 2: Advanced Clinical Medicine (9 hours)
  • Passing Score: 198 – 200
  • Focus: Medical ethics, patient management, biostatistics, clinical simulations.

How long is the USMLE Prep Program?

The program runs for 2 years and covers all three USMLE Steps, with a structured pace designed to balance in-depth learning with exam readiness.

What study materials are included?

Students receive updated lecture notes, recorded video content, and access to a comprehensive question bank (Q-bank) for practice.

Is F-1 visa sponsorship available?

Yes. An I-20 is issued for the full 2-year program, with the possibility of a 1-year extension if needed.

Can I extend my program?

Can I prepare for all three steps?

How are assessments conducted?

Assessments are proctored and modeled closely on the real exam format, including timed blocks and case simulations for Step 3.

Are classes live or recorded?

Both. Classes are delivered live with instructors, and every session is also recorded so you can revisit material at your own pace.
